What do we offer:

Maintenance of your garden
It is pleasant to start your holiday in a proper garden.We can remove the weeds from terrace and paths.
We can also mow your lawn and trim your hedge.

Supervision of your home, exterieur and interieur
We check your house for burglary and damage.After every control we send you a (digital) report with photograph(s).
Action at observation of burglary and/or damage;
- As soon as possible get in touch with owner
- At signs of burglary, the police will be notified
- If necessary, repairs are immediately carried out
- Further action in consultation with the owner
Ventilating the house
When we check your house, we will ventilate the house.We open the windows on arrival and close everything after we have carried out the standard control.
When we are in your house to do small jobs, we will also ventilate your house.
Recording the electricity, water, and gas figures
It is important to check your water, electricity and gas figures regularly.When there are large differences, it might indicate that there is a leak.
If you want to, we can arange that filled gasbottles are present.
Emptying the letterbox and forwarding mail apart from junk mail
During your absence the mail box can get quite full.We empty the mail box for you.
We will separate real mail from publicity mail.
We can forward the mail to you.
Costs for sending the post will be charged.
Extra possibilities
Inspection and emergency repairs in extreme circumstances,
including storm damage
Within three days after the extreme weather, we will check your house.This is not a standard visit and is only looking for possible damage, but we will give a report.
With your approval in advance, we can carry out necessary repairs.
